Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Return Shipping
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and return instructions by email or phone.
Please do not send any product back without receiving return instructions from Beviox first.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will determine whether it is eligible for a refund.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 days after the returned product is received and approved.
The actual time taken for the refund to appear in your account may also depend on the payment service provider or bank.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
